• In-chat structured trade offer cards that can be accepted, declined, or countered
• Community posts, replies, reactions, reports, and moderation tools
• Community giveaways with automated winner selection and notification

FantasyBlox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Roblox Corporation or the developers of Blox Fruits.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Some features of FantasyBlox — including posting trade ads, using trade chat, posting or replying in the community, reporting content, submitting mute appeals, and entering giveaways — require you to log in via your Roblox account using Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 service.

By logging in you authorize FantasyBlox to:

• Retrieve your Roblox user ID, username, and profile picture from Roblox
• Store that information in our database to power account features
• Maintain a secure session cookie to keep you logged in

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account. FantasyBlox will never ask for your Roblox password. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting fantasyblox.contact@gmail.com.

4. Use of Website

FantasyBlox is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Access and use our tools and content for informational purposes.
• Post trade advertisements and communicate with other users through the trade chat system.
• Participate in community posts, replies, reactions, reports, and other community features responsibly.

You may not:

• Use FantasyBlox for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or impair the website, its tools, or other users.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without explicit permission.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or abuse the Services.

• Use the trade chat system to harass, scam, threaten, or deceive other users.
• Post community content that is abusive, exploit-related, spam, illegal, deceptive, or unrelated to FantasyBlox, Roblox, Blox Fruits, trading, values, gameplay, or site feedback.
• Share personal information (phone numbers, social media handles, real names) in trade chat or trade ads.
• Attempt to conduct transactions outside of Roblox or solicit real-money exchanges.

5. Trade Advertisements

Registered users may post trade advertisements on FantasyBlox. By posting a trade ad you agree that:

• The trade ad represents a genuine in-game trade offer you are willing to make.
• You will not post spam, duplicate, or misleading ads.
• FantasyBlox may remove any ad at its discretion without prior notice.
• A posting cooldown applies between ads to prevent spam.

FantasyBlox does not facilitate, guarantee, or mediate any in-game trade arising from an ad. All trading is conducted within Roblox. We are not responsible for the outcome of any trade.

6. Trade Chat

The trade chat system allows users to message each other privately in connection with trade ads. By using trade chat you agree to:

• Communicate respectfully and honestly.
• Not send spam, repeated messages, or unsolicited content.
• Not use chat to harass, threaten, or scam other users.
• Not share links to external sites, personal contact details, or off-platform payment requests.
• Accept that all messages are stored and may be reviewed by moderators in response to a report.

Messages are subject to automated profanity filtering and spam detection. Violations may result in a temporary or permanent chat mute, or account suspension.

You can hide conversations from your inbox at any time. Hiding a conversation does not delete messages — it removes the conversation from your active view while allowing the other party to continue sending messages silently.

7. Chat Moderation & Enforcement

FantasyBlox operates an active moderation system for trade chat. Our moderation team and automated systems may:

• Review reported conversations and messages
• Issue temporary or permanent chat mutes for rule violations
• Suspend or ban accounts for serious or repeated misconduct
• Remove trade ads associated with violating accounts

Moderators cannot take action against accounts holding an administrator role. If you believe a moderation action was applied in error, contact us at fantasyblox.contact@gmail.com.

You may report another user's chat at any time using the Report button within the chat interface. False or abusive reports may themselves result in enforcement action.

7A. Community Posts & Moderation

Community posts, replies, reactions, reports, and suggestions are user-generated content. By using community features you agree to post responsibly, avoid spam and harassment, and keep content related to FantasyBlox, Roblox, Blox Fruits, trading, values, gameplay, or site feedback.

Some posts may require moderator review before becoming public. FantasyBlox may approve, decline, hide, soft-delete, permanently delete, or otherwise moderate community content at its discretion. Deleted or moderated content may be retained internally for safety, audit, abuse prevention, and moderation review.

You may report community posts or replies. False, abusive, or bad-faith reports may result in enforcement action.

8. Giveaways

FantasyBlox may run community giveaways from time to time. By entering a giveaway you agree that:

• Winners are selected at random and the decision is final.
• Prizes are in-game Roblox items and have no real-money value.
• FantasyBlox is not responsible for any failure to deliver a prize if the winner does not respond or cannot be reached within a reasonable time.
• Winners will be contacted automatically via the FantasyBlox trade chat from an official FantasyBlox account. We will never ask for your Roblox password or any payment to claim a prize.
• Giveaways are subject to eligibility requirements that may be announced at the time of the giveaway.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasyBlox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or digital items
• In-game trade outcomes, including trades initiated through FantasyBlox trade ads or chat
• Harassment or misconduct by other users in trade chat or elsewhere
• Account loss or unauthorized access
• Downtime, bugs, or feature errors
• Failure to win or receive a giveaway prize

In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid (if any) to FantasyBlox in the past 12 months, except where prohibited by law.

15. Children's Access

FantasyBlox is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. Most site content is accessible without an account. Account creation (via Roblox login) is available to users aged 13 and over.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's online activity, including any use of the trade chat system. 17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

If unresolved, you agree that:

• All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• You waive your right to a jury trial or class action

Exceptions:

• Qualifying small claims cases may be brought in small claims court
• We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief for abuse, fraud, or intellectual property violations

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that all disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, unless submitted to binding arbitration as described above.
