What Is a Trade Ad?A trade ad is a public post where you list what you are offering and what you want in return. Other players can view your ad and open a chat to negotiate a deal with you. Your ad stays visible until you delete it or post a new one.
What Is an Inventory Ad?An inventory ad lets you showcase up to 15 items from your collection without committing to a specific offer. It is great if you want to show people what you have and let them come to you with offers. Other players can browse your inventory and message you directly to discuss a trade.
What Are Trade Notes (Upgrade, Downgrade, Adds, Offers, Or)?Trade notes are special markers you can add to your trade to communicate the type of deal you are looking for. Upgrade means you want something more valuable in return. Downgrade means you are willing to accept something worth less, usually for convenience. Adds means you are open to the other side including extra items to make it fair. Offers means you are accepting open offers. Or lets you list alternative items you would accept, separated by the Or note between them.
What Are "Looking For" and "Not Looking For"?These are optional filters to help traders find the right match. Looking For lets you list specific items you are hoping to receive, so players who have them know to reach out. Not Looking For helps you filter out unwanted offers before they happen, saving both sides time.
How Long Does My Trade Ad Stay Up?Trade ads do not expire automatically, but older ads may be cleared from time to time to keep the listings fresh. You can always delete your ad manually from the trade page once your trade is done or you change your mind.
Why Is There a Cooldown Between Posts?The 3-minute cooldown between trade ad posts helps keep the feed fair for everyone. Without it, a few users could flood the page and push other ads off the top immediately. The cooldown gives all traders a fair chance to be seen.
